①You can simply search 'joyscan' on Amazon.
 
②Please open one of our listing and you will see 'Sold by JOYSCAN and Fulfilled by Amazon.'
 
Click JOYSCAN and you will see our storefront and our newest products.
 
 
3. Why isn't the code working?
 
① The code may be expired. It takes about 4 hours to disappear from product page.
 
② The code may not provided by JoyScan.
 
 
4. I didn't receive what I ordered. What should I do?
 
Please don't worry. All of our packages will be processed by Amazon. If you didn't receive your package in time, please contact our customer service or Amazon. They will be very happy to help you.
 
 
5. What else do I need to know?
